these products are delivered instantly and are non-tangible, we follow a strict no-refund policy in most cases.

 Products Eligible for Refund

Refunds may only be considered under special circumstances, such as:

You were charged, but didn’t receive product access/download

You made a duplicate purchase of the same product

The product description was completely inaccurate or misleading

If your case falls under any of these, please contact us at

 Non-Refundable Items

We do not offer refunds for:

Successfully downloaded products  

Source code that has already been accessed or used  

Purchases made due to misunderstanding or not reading the product description  

Digital products purchased using promotional discounts or offers  

Once you download a digital product, we consider the product delivered and used

 Exchanges

We do not offer exchanges or replacements for digital downloads. Please ensure you review all product details, screenshots, and descriptions before purchasing.

Account Responsibility
Product downloads are tied to your account. Sharing your login details or giving others access to your download area is against our terms and may result in account suspension without refund.

Failed Payments / Billing Errors

If you notice a double charge, billing issue, or accidental payment:

Cancellation Policy

Since our products are digital and delivered instantly, we do not allow order cancellations once payment is completed.
